Capitol Street Technologies was founded by two colleagues with a long history of providing information technology services and leadership for the Department of Defense. Cap Street Tech was founded on the belief that while nearly every organization relies on computers to conduct business, few business leaders have the time or experience to implement and operate all of the complex solutions required to thrive in spite of today’s numerous economic and cybersecurity challenges. Sam Bass served more than 25 years in the US Air Force and retired as a Colonel. His experience includes missile launch and nuclear surety, communications, IT security operations center and help desk management, and cyberspace operations. He served proudly in Japan, Iraq, Germany, and throughout the United States including two tours at the Pentagon where he worked on both the Joint Staff and the USAF Chief Information Officer (CIO) staff. Sam is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), certified Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Solutions Architect Associate, and certified AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Chris Huskey is an IT Professional with over 20 years of experience supporting the United States Intelligence Community and US Coalition Forces in Engineering, Secure Network Operations, and Program Manager roles. As a result of his duties, Chris has been recognized by the White House Secret Service, United States Forces Korea, and Defense Information Systems Agency for his extraordinary commitment to advancing their IT infrastructure. In addition to a CISSP certification, Chris is a Certified Cisco Network Professional, EC Council Certified Hacking Forensics Investigator and Ethical Hacker, a Certified Project Management Professional, and holds AWS Cloud Solutions Architect Associate and Cloud Practitioner certifications.
